Please note the pickup date for this auction is the following weekend after the auction closing date. All pertinent dates are listed below.
We will be offering a preview day for the vehicles. Previews will be held on 05/24/2022 or 05/27/2022. Previews will be by appointment only. You must call us at least 24 hours in advance to set up a preview appointment. All Vehicles are sold AS IS and must be removed from the property by 06/05/2022 NO EXCEPTIONS! The Address will be printed on your winning invoice once the auction closes. Please do not bid if you cannot make the pick-up days. 10% buyer's premium and sales tax are added to your invoice total. Tax is waived if you have a current reseller permit on file.
What is required if you win an auction? Bidding and winning an auction is considered a legally binding agreement. Please make payment within 24 hours of auction close unless you've made other arrangements with us ahead of time.
While we are often willing to lend a hand, it isn't possible for us to assist everyone on pick up day. Come prepared to lift and load large items. We don't furnish moving supplies, hand trucks, boxes etc.
Items not picked up by the last hour of pick up day will be considered abandoned and forfeited with no refund.
