Please take note if you bid pickups will be in Alki Beach and they are in a Condo Building. If you bid furniture please choose a pickup day on Sunday 07/17. NO EXCEPTIONS!! We need to clear the smalls out first to get the furniture out. If you have both furniture and smalls please schedule your pickup for Sunday. This is a locked building all smalls must be picked up on Saturday 07/16 NO EXCEPTIONS! We are trying to make this a painless pickup for the Residents as well as ourselves. Please note that it is only street parking. There is a load zone we will have you schedule appointments and load your smalls for you. There is no need to go upstairs to the condo unless you have large items. If you are picking up furniture we will have a place in the parking garage on Sunday 07/17 for you to park and load. Again this will be by appointment so it is absolutely crucial you come prepared with appropriate help, tools, and vehicle. We will NOT be able to help carry and load large furniture items. Most Furniture in this auction is solid and HEAVY!!! Communication with us for successful pickups is absolute key! YOU MUST SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT OR YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!!! PickUp Date/Time: Pickups will be by appointment only no exceptions!! if you are bidding smalls you must pick up on Saturday 7/16. Pickups will be held from 10am-3pm. If you have furniture items those items have to be picked up on Sunday 7/17. If you have both smalls and furniture please schedule an appointment for Sunday 7/17.
